Dustin is also a Certified Environmental Access Consultant through AHIA. Dustin serves as our area manager and is available for consultation on mobility products for online and store customers. His office is in Austin, TX










Candace Candace is our insurance specialist. She also provides customer service and is a mobility product specialist.Candace works in Austin and Georgetown, TX and provides customer service for in store and online customers. Candace assembles much of the equipment in our Austin showroom.








John
John is our service manager. He is a factory trained technician on a variety of mobility products from manual wheelchairs up through the most complex Group 5 power chairs. John works out of our Austin, TX location and is available for service assistance to all of our customers. John is also an excellent customer service rep that answers calls when he is available.









phillip Phillip is our sales manager for our Austin, TX location. Phillip provides sales assistance, product installation like vehicle lifts, grab bars, home modifications and delivery. Phillip is well respected by his associates as well as our customers with his extensive service to local and remote customers. Philip can help you select the right products and also services all of the products we offer.

Elizabeth is also a product specialist and helps customers select the right products for their needs. She can answer many of your service questions and can help diagnose scooter and power chair issues. Elizabeth regularly assembles equipment for our showroom and can assist our remote customers with assembly and setup by phone and email. 









Randall


Randall is a Sales Manager for Martin Mobility. He holds an Executive Certificate in Home Modification from the Andrus Gerontology Center at the University of Southern California. He is a factory trained technician and customer service provider for Martin Mobility as well as his sales responsibilities. He often answers our toll free phone number when customers have questions or are ready to place an order.








Erika Erika is a professional mobility customer service rep that works part-time in our retail store in Georgetown, TX. Erika regularly assembles equipment for our showroom. She also answers calls for Martin Mobility and can help you find the right products to help you with mobility and activities of daily living.

5/20/154There was a confusion regarding the product I had ordered. Apparently Pride had discontinued one item and replaced it with another similar item with a different name. Both items appeared on Amazon, but with different prices, which led to confusion as to whether I had received the product I ordered. I was told by Martin Mobility's sales manager that I had indeed received the correct product.
